1. Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the required payment and after the property has sent the official confirmation email.

VicoDelPozzo Luxury reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings in case of unavailability, non-payment or incomplete information.

Guests are responsible for checking that the details entered at the time of booking are correct.

2. Payment Methods

Payments can be made by:

* Bank transfer

* PayPal

* 50% deposit at the time of booking and balance at check-in, unless otherwise agreed with the management

All payments must be made within the deadlines stated in the communication received.

3. Cancellation Policy

Bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to 30 days before the check-in date.

For cancellations made after this deadline, the amount paid may be non-refundable, unless different conditions were specified at the time of booking.

Cancelling a booking does not automatically entitle the guest to a refund.

4. Refunds

Any refunds will be processed through the same platform used to pay for the booking.

For payments made via PayPal, an administrative fee of 3% will be withheld.

Crediting times may vary depending on the banking circuits or the payment platform used.

5. No-show

If a guest fails to arrive without prior notice, the booking will be considered a "No-show" and any amounts paid may not be refunded.

6. Number of Guests

Access to the property is permitted only to the guests named in the booking.

Accommodating more people than declared at the time of booking is not permitted without prior authorisation from the property.

7. No Parties or Events

To ensure the comfort of our guests and respect for the neighbourhood, the following are not permitted:

private parties;
* events
* loud music;
* any behaviour that may cause disturbance.

The property reserves the right to terminate the stay immediately in case of violations. Any unlawful behaviour or conduct contrary to the house rules may result in the immediate termination of the stay without any right to a refund..

8. Damage to the Property

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property, its furnishings or the items present during their stay.

VicoDelPozzo Luxury reserves the right to request reimbursement for any damage found.

The property also reserves the right to request a security deposit for particular or extended stays.

9. House Rules

Guests are kindly asked to respect the peace and quiet of the property and the neighbourhood, particularly in the evening and at night.

Smoking is not permitted inside the property.

Any exceptions must be agreed in advance with the management.

10. Check-in and Check-out

Check-out

By 11:00 am

Different requests are subject to availability and must be agreed in advance.

11. Liability

VicoDelPozzo Luxury is not responsible for:

* loss of personal belongings;
* temporary interruptions of services;
* events caused by force majeure or circumstances beyond the property's control.

12. Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with current data protection legislation and is used exclusively for purposes related to the booking and hospitality.
